On January 12 and January 27, 2021, Attorney Benjamin T. Ballou attended the IHSAA case review panel hearings.  The Case Review Panel is a nine-member panel established by the Indiana High School Athletic Association (IHSAA) and administered by the State Superintendent of Public Instruction. The Panel reviews final decisions of the IHSAA regarding the application or interpretation of an IHSAA rule to a particular student.

On January 18, 2021, Attorney Emilie E.D. Hunt participated in NWI Volunteer Lawyers’ annual “Talk to a Lawyer Day – Free”.  This program is held each year on Martin Luther King day and provides residents of Lake, Porter, Jasper, and Newton counties free access to attorneys who can answer their legal questions and concerns and offer legal consultations at no charge.  More information on NWI Volunteer Lawyers, Inc. and their Access to Justice program can be found at http://www.nwivolunteerlawyers.org/.
