
Carl J. Hall
Carl J. Hall, a Lowell native, received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Purdue University Northwest in 2014. Carl earned his law degree, Summa Cum Laude, from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2019 where he received the Heritage Law and Monsanto Academic Scholarships. While in school, he served as an Associated Editor for the Valparaiso University Law Review and was a recipient of the Scribes Award for Writing. Carl has spent the last 12 years serving the community as an Indiana State Trooper and is a resident of Jasper County where he resides with his family.
